Job Overview

Working Hours: Standard business hours, Monday through Friday, fully onsite.

Key Responsibilities of the Leasing Coordinator:

  • Examine lease agreements, establish rental payment schedules, and monitor critical dates related to lease obligations.
  • Assess incoming lease documents in both physical and digital formats to ensure they meet administrative standards.
  • Notify relevant parties about important deadlines, including lease expirations and insurance renewals.
  • Calculate prorated rent, upcoming payment increases, and termination fees.
  • Initiate lease payments or activate option provisions as instructed.
  • Manage and respond to internal queries through a shared communication channel.
  • Generate reports as needed for various departments.
  • Collaborate with different teams to track down missing payments or documentation requests.
  • Conduct lease audits to ensure compliance.
  • Address and resolve discrepancies in lease language.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or two years of relevant experience in finance, property management, or lease administration.
  • Ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
  • High energy level to maintain urgency and adaptability in various situations.
  • Ability to review, comprehend, and communicate lease requirements effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, analytical, and research skills.
  • Experience in telecommunications is advantageous but not mandatory.
