The Returns Processor will play a crucial role in supporting the Returns Team with timely and accurate product returns, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities- Validate inventory to match drivers' returns manifests and ensure accurate returns processing.
- Assist stores, customer service, and DRT teams with related questions and issues.
- Research inventory discrepancies through returns and resolve issues promptly.
- Label, rewrap, and push out items to end caps, ensuring a clean and organized warehouse floor.
- Communicate with drivers and teams regarding missing items, damaged items, or issues within the returns process.
- Operate radio frequency equipment and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Conduct operations in compliance with OSHA standards and promote a safe working environment.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1-2 years of general warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Competitive hourly rate: $24.40.
