Job Summary

The Returns Processor will support the Returns Team in processing and assisting with timely and accurate product returns, as well as optimizing resources and processes. This role ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, drives process improvement, and promotes a timely and accurate delivery returns environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Validate inventory to match drivers' returns manifests and ensure all items are dispositioned and tagged.
  • Assist stores, customer service, and DRT teams with related questions.
  • Research inventory discrepancies through returns.
  • Label and rewrap items and push them out to end caps.
  • Send emails regarding missing items, damaged items, drivers' claims, or items not on drivers' routes.
  • Understand AX and Dispatch Track Routing System.
  • Invoice orders in Transportation Manager.
  • Comply with company employee handbook.
  • Operate radio frequency equipment.
  • Conduct operations in compliance with OSHA standards.
  • Maintain a clean and free-from-debris warehouse floor.
  • Meet company standards for productivity.
Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 1-2 years of general warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Microsoft Office experience required. Knowledge of design software programs a plus.
