The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a skilled LPN to join our team in Ambulatory Pediatrics Primary Care. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with providers and RNs, and contribute to delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the direction of a provider or RN, including technical nursing care to patients in varying states of health and illness.
- Perform clinical and administrative health care support services to patients and families, according to knowledge, ability, and duties assigned.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Current LPN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
- Less than two years of LPN experience, or less than 1 year of UVMMC employment, or an LPN with two or more years of LPN experience, and less than 6 months of UVMMC employment.
