Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently operate and maintain the dishwashing equipment, ensuring it functions properly and remains clean.
  • Sort, rinse, and load dishware, utensils, glassware, and other kitchen tools into the dishwasher, adhering to established protocols.
  • Monitor dishwashing supplies, including detergents and rinse agents, and promptly inform the supervisor when replenishment is necessary.
  • Ensure all dishware, utensils, and equipment are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and stored appropriately.
