• Maintain Kitchen Cleanliness: Sweep and mop floors, clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks, and ensure all food preparation surfaces are clean and sanitized.
• Operate Kitchen Equipment: Use large electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers to maintain kitchen efficiency.
• Assist with Banquet Setup: Help with setting up banquet tables and front-of-house areas as requested.
• Supply Distribution: Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as needed.
• Compliance with Sanitation and Safety Requirements: Ensure all outlined sanitation and safety requirements are met.
