Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated healthcare professional to join our team in Rutland, VT. This role involves providing home visits to adult and geriatric clients on a per-visit basis in Rutland County, VT. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, solid computer skills, and the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Requirements
  • A current license as a Registered Nurse in Vermont.
  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
  • Prior home care experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
