Job Description

Precision Air seeks a skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our team and provide top-notch customer service and technical support.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer problems
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge and expertise

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Positive and professional attitude towards customers
  • Familiarity with Service Titan software is a plus
