We are seeking a qualified Afternoon Preschool Teacher to join our team. This role involves planning and carrying out engaging after-school activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of our students, and collaborating with colleagues to create a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities- Assist and oversee children at all times during scheduled hours
- Help plan and execute after-school activities with co-teachers
- Ensure a clean and safe school environment by resetting classrooms, playgrounds, and shared spaces daily
- Communicate effectively with the main day Headteacher and campus director
- Attend staff meetings and continuing education sessions as required
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6 units of early childhood education, including child development, family, and community, and curriculum
- At least 6 months of experience working with children
We offer a competitive salary range of $22.36-26.52/hour, paid breaks based on experience, class size, and completed coursework.
