Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and train ABA Therapists (RBTs) in implementing therapy goals
• Monitor client progress, update goals, and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Provide caregiver training to support consistency and success
• Collaborate with families, educators, and team members to ensure client growth

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
• Current BCBA certification (required)
• 1+ year experience in in-home ABA services (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
