Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Express. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in supervising store operations, recruiting, and training sales associates.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Coach and train sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Partner with the Store Manager to identify high-performing sales associates and provide opportunities for growth and development.
  • Assist with the hiring process, including interviewing and providing feedback to the Store Manager.
  • Support the Store Manager in analyzing business results and developing action plans to optimize sales and operations.
  • Ensure sales floor coverage and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Oversee merchandise flow, including shipment, replenishment, and omnichannel operations.
  • Maintain adherence to company policies and ensure the safety of associates and customers.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of relevant retail experience.
  • Proven ability to drive sales results and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
