Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain all operating propulsion machinery and electrical generating facilities on-board vessels

  • Provide information and direction to the public as necessary
Requirements
  • Experience in the operation, maintenance, and repair of marine engines and auxiliary equipment
  • Current TWIC Card - Transportation Worker Identification Credential Card
  • U.S. Coast Guard license as a Marine Engineer for the H.P. of largest vessel owned by the State
