Key Responsibilities:


Embark on a rewarding career as an Aviation Security Specialist at a designated airport, collaborating with a dedicated team of security professionals in the aviation sector.

Your exceptional customer service and analytical skills will be essential in ensuring the safety of travelers by detecting and preventing hazardous items from being brought onto aircraft.

Specific duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Screening of Passengers and Baggage
  • Utilizing various screening technologies
  • Engaging and communicating effectively with travelers

Qualifications Required:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. National
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Possess a High School Diploma or GED
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening)
  • Demonstrated customer service abilities
  • Successful completion of a computerized assessment (grammar and X-ray interpretation)
  • Pass a medical evaluation (vision, hearing, and joint mobility)
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Clear a TSA background and financial records investigation
  • Availability to work any day of the week and any shift within operational hours

Initial Clearance Required:
Public Trust

Comprehensive training
No prior experience is necessary.

Receive hands-on training and, if applicable, travel arrangements for a two-week training program to become a certified officer.
