Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, answering customer questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and disposing of trash.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals, including promoting products and services to customers.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:

Occasional: lifting/carrying over 50 lbs., equipment operation (calculator), squatting, stooping/bending, walking, ability to use a ladder.
