Key Responsibilities- Support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, and teardown of our seasonal store.
- Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards.
- Generate sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Minimum age requirement: 16 years old.
- Ability to climb ladders, set up fixtures, lift/move up to 50 pounds, and stand/walk for 8 hours.
We offer a competitive hourly rate, paid sick time, set-up and tear-down premium pay programs, and end-of-season premium pay program. All bonus and pay programs are subject to qualifications.
