Our mission is to honor God by fostering a nurturing community where individuals are saved, liberated, mentored, empowered, and encouraged to pursue their divinely appointed purpose.

Position Overview:
This position is dedicated to delivering childcare support during church services, Bible studies, events, and various activities as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist parents during check-in and check-out processes
  • Engage with children and prioritize their needs consistently
  • Implement the designated curriculum and assist children with their creative projects
  • Remain in the assigned area throughout your shift unless otherwise directed by the Team Lead/Coordinator
  • Accompany children to outdoor play areas
  • Guide children to restrooms and supervise from outside
  • Provide snacks to children
  • Change diapers as necessary
  • Maintain cleanliness of rooms, toys, and furniture, including vacuuming and trash disposal at the end of the shift
  • Support volunteers in caring for the children
  • Attend all required Childcare meetings
  • Travel to other campuses for special events or services as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively interact with children while managing the environment
  • Proficiency in software applications for check-in procedures
  • Reliable team player
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to engage in team-building initiatives
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds

  • Regular attendance at Calvary Chapel is essential
  • Prioritize the ministry in all actions
