Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
  • Perform day-to-day nursing activities, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing wound care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.

Requirements:

  • Current LPN or RN licensure in good standing.
  • Ability to speak and understand English.
  • Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, and laws governing long-term care.
  • Positive attitude toward the elderly.
