Essential Knowledge & Skills:

· Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.

· Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

· Minimum of 1 year of experience in staffing and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Supervisor with regular check-ins.
  • Manage employee clock-ins.
  • Address employee inquiries.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews for potential candidates.
  • Ensure punctuality of employees.
  • Confirm shifts with employees through calls.
  • Complete onboarding paperwork for qualified candidates.
  • Handle inbound and outbound communication.
  • Review and assess resumes.
  • Document injury reports.
  • Recruit new talent.

Flexibility in schedule is required, including the ability to work overtime and weekends.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $25.00 per hour, dependent on experience
