Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Integration Specialist to join our Application Development and Integration team. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying comprehensive data integration projects to help our clients along their digital transformation journey.

As an integral part of our team, the successful candidate will work closely with ERP and CRM design teams in the US to understand business requirements and assist clients, consultants, and developers in designing and implementing integrations between package software solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Data Integration Projects: Design and deliver comprehensive data integration projects that meet client expectations and industry standards.
  2. Business Requirements: Collaborate with ERP and CRM design teams in the US to understand business requirements and ensure alignment with client goals.
  3. Integration Implementations: Assist clients, consultants, and developers in designing and implementing integrations between package software solutions.
  4. Development Efforts: Manage development efforts, report status updates, and adhere to established processes.
  5. Ownership and Accountability: Maintain high ownership and see assignments through to completion based on agreed-upon deadlines.
  6. Functional and Technical Requirements: Understand functional and technical requirements and create time estimates for development.
  7. Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform unit testing/QA of development to ensure business requirements are met.
  8. Solution Reviews: Perform solution and/or code reviews to ensure best practices are followed.
  9. Mentorship and Training: Serve as a mentor and trainer to others, primarily in technical aspects.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
  2. Minimum 8 years of experience with application development and integrations.
  3. Experience working with Boomi, MuleSoft, SSIS, Celigo, or other integration platforms.
  4. Ability to interface with clients to understand their current business and accounting processes.
  5. Experience on multiple successful implementations of ERP and/or CRM systems.
  6. Solid understanding of software development principles.
  7. Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Knowledge of technical developments and trends in application analysis, design, and development.
  2. Knowledge of technical and business writing.
  3. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Salesforce, and/or Intacct is a plus.
  4. Experience building APIs using REST or SOAP.
  5. Platform Certifications for MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.
