Process Development Specialist

**Job Summary**
The Resolution Medical team is seeking a skilled Process Development Specialist to develop, improve, and implement optimal cost-effective and complaint manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills to identify, gather, and analyze information to develop solutions and resolve problems in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities include working with project teams to develop processes used to manufacture components, sub-assemblies, and finished goods devices, and ensuring that all processes are trainable.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering and 1-2 years of experience in the medical device industry.
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
