This is an excellent opportunity for bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates with a background in recruiting, customer service, or HR to thrive in a dynamic, rewarding environment. You will have the chance to work with a variety of clients and job seekers, utilizing your strong communication skills and attention to detail to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interview, screen, and recruit job applicants for various positions
  • Source, recruit, and place candidates for client companies
  • Utilize staffing software and job boards to manage applications and fill orders
  • Assist and counsel temporary employees on professional interviewing and job-related questions
  • Supervise and manage temporary employee performance and ensure I-9 compliance
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Strong customer service skills and excellent phone manners for handling high-volume inbound calls
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of daily emails and activities
  • Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Flexible availability, including nights and weekends as needed
