Job Overview

About the Role

This full-time position requires a minimum of two years' experience in a hospital setting, with a focus on providing direct and indirect care to patients. You will work closely with ancillary nursing personnel to maintain high standards of professional nursing practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Prescribe, delegate, coordinate, supervise, and evaluate patient teaching
  • Maintain standards of professional nursing practice
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current license or permit to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas
  • CPR certification within two weeks of employment
  • Medication competence within two weeks of employment
  • Computer competence within four weeks of employment
  • Unit-specific medication examination within twelve weeks of employment
  • Basic dysrhythmia (if applicable) within twelve weeks of employment
  • AHA ACLS certification within twelve weeks of job description attestation
  • AHA PALS certification within twelve weeks of job description attestation
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $75,000 - $90,000 per year, based on national averages and taking into account the level of experience required.
