Registered Nurse - Cath Lab

Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse with CareerStaff Unlimited, you will be responsible for:

  1. Demonstrating excellence in customer service and public relations to promote a positive professional image
  2. Working independently with attention to detail and possessing the necessary knowledge of all aspects of daily operations
  3. Fostering a caring environment that respects patients' dignity
  4. Maintaining a high quality of nursing care for individuals with psychiatric and mental health illnesses
  5. Delivering and evaluating all patient care provided
  6. Leading in case of a medical or psychiatric emergency and therapeutically intervening and de-escalating patients
  7. Ensuring that blood collected meets regulatory requirements and can be safely transfused
  8. Remaining flexible to work a variable schedule that includes early start times, late end times, weekend and holidays to meet the needs of sponsors and donors
  9. Contributing to a friendly and fun environment; teaming up with co-workers to keep donors coming back repeatedly
  10. Being a model of professionalism and compassion with serving as an ambassador to this organization

Requirements

  1. 1+ years of recent nursing experience required
  2. BLS issued through American Heart Association
  3. Must be eligible to work in the United States
  4. RN license in state of practice or compact license
  5. Healthcare training / experience preferred
