At Swedish Health Services, we are seeking a skilled Medical/Surgery RN to join our team at Swedish First Hill. As a Medical/Surgery RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Medical/Surgery RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing medical and surgical procedures
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical and surgical procedures
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- At least 1 year of experience in medical/surgical nursing
- Current RN licensure in the state of Washington
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
