Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to members, addressing their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote BJ's membership programs, including the benefits and value proposition, to potential members.
  • Drive sales growth by effectively pitching membership programs and promoting products and services.
  • Process merchandise returns, exchanges, and pick-ups, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Assist with BOPIC (Buy Online and Pick Up In Club) orders for members.
Requirements
  • Prior front-line/customer service or sales experience preferred.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of goal achievement.
  • Basic math skills and computer proficiency preferred.
Work Environment

This role is based in a comfortable indoor area with infrequent exposure to temperature extremes and loud noises. Occasional contact with cleaning agents may be required.

Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is starting from $14.50.
