Product Marketing Specialist

Baker Hughes is seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and positioning our products and services effectively in the market, building brand awareness, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement product marketing plans in line with the company's business and strategic objectives
  • Work closely with the product management team to support the delivery of product plans and new product launches
  • Plan and develop demand generation campaign plans and tactics, complete with supporting campaign assets
  • Develop and execute thought leadership and content development plans
  • Develop, execute, and support sales enablement, in collaboration with product management and commercial teams, through the creation of activation assets (external) and empowerment assets (internal readiness)
  • Conduct competitive analysis and monitor competitor activity to enrich sales enablement and identify competitive gaps and opportunities to inform the product management team
  • Support market research and go-to-market planning to ensure Baker Hughes' Cordant achieves a strong product-market fit to deliver product success and market acceptance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • At least 3 years of experience in a marketing-related role
  • Expertise or good understanding of various aspects of marketing, including demand generation, content management, digital marketing, brand marketing, and communications
  • Prior experience in launching new products or new markets is an advantage
