In this role, you will provide leadership to pharmacy technicians under the guidance of pharmacy management, overseeing daily operations and staff activities. You will also perform the duties associated with a Pharmacy Technician III. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating staff schedules and training programs
- Assisting management in implementing corporate and pharmacy policies
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• An Associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• A valid Indiana Pharmacy Technician License is required.
• National Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is necessary.
• A clean criminal background related to drug handling is essential.
• Strong mathematical skills are required.
• Full proficiency as a pharmacy technician in designated areas is expected, along with the ability to operate under limited supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Strong customer service capabilities are required.
• Intermediate proficiency in typing and Microsoft Office applications is necessary.
