Responsibilities and Qualifications:
This Branch Director role involves supervising clinical operations of field staff and reporting directly to the Agency Administrator. You will need to be organized, detail-oriented, and possess effective communication skills. A strong understanding of home health care services delivery issues and problem-solving capabilities are essential. Previous experience in home health and management will serve you well in this rewarding role. Strong knowledge of OASIS and Medicare guidelines is necessary for reviewing plans of care on a daily basis.
To succeed in this position, you should have a minimum of one-year nursing experience within the last 36 months. A current license as a Registered Nurse in the state where the position is based and a graduate degree from an approved school of professional nursing are also required. Prior management/supervisory experience is preferred but not necessary. The salary for this role is estimated at $80,000 - $110,000 annually.
