Job Summary

A Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist is a vital member of the radiology team, responsible for operating CT scanners to produce high-quality images of the body's internal structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CT technology and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of the body's internal structures
  • Position patients correctly to ensure accurate and safe imaging
  • Monitor patients during the imaging process and provide assistance as needed
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate records of patient imaging and results
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Current ARRT (CT) or registry eligible and must pass CT registry test within 12 months of hire
  • 0 years of experience as CT technologist
Working Conditions

This is a PRN position, working as needed to cover PTO and volume increases. On-call and weekend shifts are required.
