Production Engineer (Switchgear)

Objective:

Design and execute tooling, processes, and product documentation for System Integration. Develop manufacturing process guidelines for a dynamic environment, ensuring uniformity and excellence in quality.
  • Interpret relevant codes and regulations for various projects
  • Assist the quoting team with specialized technical knowledge
  • Prepare processes and documentation in accordance with industry standards
  • Offer technical assistance to the manufacturing team
  • Engage in collaborative efforts with technical teams
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders
  • Evaluate and propose solutions
  • Identify opportunities for enhancements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Familiarity with switchgear production
  • Technical expertise
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office

Additional Information:

  • Project management skills are preferred
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Occasional lifting of up to 60 lbs
  • Willingness to adapt to varying work hours
