The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Advanced Practice Nurse, you will be expected to uphold the mission and values of CommonSpirit Health. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality patient care in a trauma setting.
- Supervising clinical staff and ensuring efficient operations within the healthcare facility.
- Providing comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans focusing on preventive health and family medicine.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in clinical care.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience in managing critically ill patients in an inpatient environment is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and professional maturity.
- Current certifications in BCLS and PALS are required.
- Proficient in using medical technology and equipment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Active Nurse Practitioner licensure from an accredited nursing program.
