Job Summary

We're seeking a Seasonal Guest Advocate to join our team. As a Guest Advocate, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized service, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service by greeting, thanking, and engaging with guests
  • Answer questions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver a seamless guest experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise and facilities
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities

Requirements
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a register
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time
