Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Surgical Technologist to join our team at Northfield Hospital + Clinics. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety in the operating room.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain a sterile environment for surgical procedures
  • Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
  • Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during procedures
  • Monitor and maintain aseptic technique
  • Participate in the maintenance of the operating room environment
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
  • One year of experience in a surgical setting preferred
  • Certification by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
