Job Title: Night Auditor

We are seeking a detail-driven individual to fill our Night Auditor position at our Fairbanks Westmark Hotel and Conference Center.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform complex clerical and intermediate accounting tasks.
  • Process financial transactions and perform revenue audits.
  • Provide front desk support for late-night guests.
  • Respond to customer, employee, and management inquiries.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification.
  • One year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Pass a pre-employment background check, including a credit check.
  • Participate in our sustainability program and safety culture.
  • Dedicate to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Commit to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficiency in computer business applications and accounting systems.
