About the Role

Coffman Engineers is seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our growing Seattle office. As a key member of our civil engineering department, you will be responsible for leading technical projects, collaborating with our business development team, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical projects, including project management, multidiscipline coordination, and site layouts
  • Collaborate with our business development team to develop technical proposals and market our services to clients
  • Mentor junior engineers and help build a strong team of civil engineering professionals
  • Assist in developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and revenue
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Washington Civil Engineer (P.E.) registration required
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience
  • Experience collaborating with local architectural/engineering community
  • Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Microsoft office, and other software
  • Experience designing public utilities, serving as a prime consultant, and working with zoning entitlements and permit procurement
