Job Summary

Anthony's Restaurants is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pantry Cook. Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare all cold food items, including appetizers, desserts, sandwiches, and salads, in accordance with recipe and plate presentation specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work station, adhering to strict health and safety standards.
  • Ensure the safe handling and proper storage of food products, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant, preferably one that serves seafood, is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, communicate clearly, and follow written and oral directions.
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for periods of up to four hours, bend, stoop, and carry up to 20 pounds frequently.
