Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings.
  • Comply with all state liquor regulations and health standards.
  • Maintain open communication with chefs and management regarding service quality and timing.
  • Complete all assigned side work efficiently.
  • Support the overall functionality of the dining area.
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively in a high-volume environment.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures diligently.
  • Ensure timely and well-paced service delivery.
  • Perform opening and closing duties to maintain restaurant operations, including stocking, table setting, and cleanliness.
  • Communicate important information with the Food and Beverage Management Team.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in a serving role.
  • Required: Proficiency in English for effective communication.
  • Physical capability to meet job demands, including lifting heavy trays and standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with touch screen POS systems.

Education and Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
