Airport Concierge

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Airport Lounge Bartender to join our team at Hyde Park Hospitality. As a key member of our lounge staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing bar operations, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the bar area, including ordering and inventory management, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer, while adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about drinks menus, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide expert advice to customers.
• Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
• Clean and maintain the bar area, including equipment, glassware, and other supplies, to ensure a hygienic environment.

Requirements:

A valid liquor license or equivalent is required; must be able to pass airport authority security background check.High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not mandatory.Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality industry, is essential.Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively with colleagues and clients.The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, is required.A valid state ID or passport is required for age verification purposes.

Salary and Benefits:

$18.00-$19.00 per hour, plus benefits, including medical insurance, disability insurance, vacation time, 401(k) plan, and employee assistance program.
