Job Title: Leasing Specialist - Property Manager

About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Leasing Specialist to join our team at Elmington Property Management. As a Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for leasing apartments, managing community reputation, and ensuring economic occupancy and total income goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lease apartments and manage community reputation
  • Assist in effectively managing community's reputation via social media, direct communication, marketing, and communication of teammates
  • Be the primary communicator to prospects, residents, vendors, and market
  • Constantly learn and search for ways to improve traffic, leasing, and total income
  • Promote community, team, and residents
  • Execute successfully Elmington's non-negotiables for property performance
  • Perform administrative and organizational tasks
  • Operate computers and other technological devices to access email, internet websites for business marketing and company utilized software
  • Prepare, locate, and compile information and documents
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
