  • Handle incoming emergency and non-emergency communications
  • Provide essential instructions during medical crises

  • Assist callers with inquiries related to law enforcement, fire services, and medical assistance
  • Provide testimony in legal proceedings when necessary

Qualifications Required:

A high school diploma or GED is mandatory; candidates should have at least one year of relevant work experience demonstrating consistent employment, or a comparable mix of education and experience. Various certifications must be obtained within specified timeframes.

Licenses and Certifications: Candidates must secure required certifications within the designated periods.

*Completion of a Criti-Call assessment with a minimum typing speed of 35 Net WPM is essential for all applicants.

*Availability for rotating shifts is necessary.

*This position operates 24/7, including weekends; applicants must be flexible with shift assignments.

This position will remain open until a sufficient candidate pool is established.
