Nurse Practitioner

As a key member of the healthcare team at CVCH, the Registered Nurse will provide high-quality, patient-centered care with a focus on improving health outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Develop and implement nursing plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current Washington State Registered Nurse license.
- Current BLS certification and experience in Community/Migrant Health, Public Health, Family Practice, Obstetrics, Pediatrics, or Emergency Room.
- Strong organizational and triage skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Competitive hourly rate ($32.60-$46.80/hourly, based on experience).
- 403(b) Retirement Plan with a 150% CVCH match up to 3% of the employee's contribution.
- WA State Sick Leave, with 1 hour accrued for every 40 hours worked.
