Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and label SMT components.
  • Execute production masking and utilize various adhesives.
  • Prepare components for assembly.
  • Perform mechanical assembly with light hand soldering.
  • Conduct production cleaning and packaging.
  • Interpret IPC-A-610 standards for product acceptability and customer specifications.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in production and PCB assembly.
  • Familiarity with assembly tools and both through-hole and surface mount technology is advantageous.
  • Proficient in computer usage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Language Proficiency:

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Effective oral and written communication abilities are essential.

  • Proficient in using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and cutters.
  • Committed to quality, time management, teamwork, and safety.
