Industrial Painter or Painter Helper

At iNTERMOUNTAIN ELECTRONICS INC, we are seeking a skilled Painter Helper or Industrial Painter to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to learn and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing equipment for painting by cleaning, washing, and applying caulk.
• Lift and hang pieces on a rack to be cleaned and painted.
• Operate a pressure washer and various sizes and makes of forklifts.
• Wear a respirator and maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Paint Supervisor.

Training and Development Opportunities:

• Training could be provided to learn industrial painting, including the operation of paint equipment and the application of various coatings.
• Opportunity to work with a team of experienced painters and learn from their expertise.

Requirements:

• High School or GED preferred, plus up to one-month related experience or training.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs., frequently lift/move 40 lbs., and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively before groups.

Work Schedule:

Must be able to work a 40-hour work week and additional time as required.
