Role Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with customers to assess their endpoint management and security needs, providing tailored recommendations from Microsoft's extensive product suite.
  • Consultative Engagement: Lead discussions with clients to uncover their challenges and craft innovative solutions that enhance their cybersecurity posture.
  • Collaboration and Execution: Work alongside internal teams and partners to orchestrate the planning and execution of comprehensive sales opportunities, focusing on cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key business decision-makers, understanding their technology priorities and aligning Microsoft’s offerings to meet their needs.
  • Market Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert in endpoint management, sharing insights and competitive knowledge to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in technology sales or account management.
  • Active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance is required.
  • Proven track record in solution sales and customer engagement.
