Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Meat Cutter/Carnicero at Avila's El Ranchito Mexican Restaurant - Foothill Ranch.

The successful candidate will possess excellent hand-eye coordination and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Cut, trim, and package meat products
  • Prepare meat for consumer consumption
  • Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery
  • Manage inventory levels and track orders
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination
Working Conditions:
  • Standing: Must be able to stand for more than 8 hours
  • Kneeling/Climbing/Bending: Must be able to kneel, bend, or climb frequently
  • Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: Must be able to lift 20 lbs. or more
  • Turning/Twisting/Squatting: Must be able to turn, twist, and squat frequently
What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $17-$18.50 per hour
