At Avila's El Ranchito Mexican Restaurant - Foothill Ranch, we are seeking a skilled Meat Cutting Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position requiring the ability to work Sundays through Saturdays, evenings and mornings.

We offer competitive pay between $17-$18.50 per hour, commensurate with experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent hand-eye coordination and be physically capable of standing for extended periods, kneeling, bending, climbing, lifting up to 20 pounds, and twisting/squatting frequently.

Responsibilities include cutting, trimming, and packaging meat; preparing meat products; receiving, inspecting, and storing meat upon delivery; tracking and ordering inventory; maintaining a sanitized and organized work area; and performing other duties as assigned.
