Job Overview

The Pediatric Respiratory Specialist plays a vital role in the care of our burn and orthopaedic patients. As part of the interdisciplinary team, you will contribute to daily planning via patient rounds and participate in research projects to improve outcomes for our amazing patients and families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides primary respiratory care to patients from admission through their discharge under a physician's order
  • Communicates verbal and/or written patient and departmental information/special needs to pertinent persons in a timely and appropriate manner (i.e. rounds)
  • Documents accurate, specific, complete patient care data according to policy and procedure guidelines
  • Assures safe, cost effective operation and function of pertinent equipment and utilizes appropriate infection control techniques in all areas


Salary: Estimated $65,000 - $80,000 per year based on location and experience.

Benefits: All employees are eligible for medical, dental and vision coverage on their first day, as well as a 403(b) and Roth 403(b) Retirement Saving Plan with matching contributions of up to 6% after one year of service.
