Position Summary: As a Mixing Operator, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and blend ingredients in accordance with established recipe specifications. You will join a diverse and inclusive team that prioritizes safety, quality, and innovation. If you possess experience in mixing operations and have a passion for crafting delightful products, this role is tailored for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately record ingredient Lot Codes and manage Lot Code changes.
- Precisely measure ingredients to adhere to recipe standards.
- Ensure timely preparation or 'staging' of ingredients for production.
- Inspect the quality of ingredients prior to mixing to ensure product excellence.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Adhere to safety and quality protocols consistently.
- Comply with regulations to guarantee food safety, quality, and legality.
- Foster and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisory personnel.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Basic English literacy.
- GMP/HACCP Certification (in-house training provided).
Shift: 1st
Hourly Rate: $21.75
Aspire Bakeries LLC values the contributions of each team member. The starting pay for successful candidates will be determined based on various factors, including location, shift, education, skills, and relevant experience. The compensation structure outlined for this position is generally applicable to candidates meeting the specified qualifications. Additional compensation may be available for those who exceed the outlined criteria. We offer a competitive benefits package designed to meet your needs.
