Job Title: Cyber Infrastructure Specialist

This position is available at our location in Hermiston, Oregon or Boardman, Oregon, and offers an estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role:

As a Cyber Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving most hardware infrastructure issues. You will work autonomously to resolve support issues and execute small projects on your own, while also collaborating with your manager on larger local projects.

  • You will create and maintain documentation on technologies you support, ensuring that knowledge can be effectively passed down to junior staff.
  • You have basic to intermediate system administration skills, including remote system administration tasks in a virtual team environment.
  • You will automate tasks with scripts when necessary, demonstrating your ability to innovate and make decisions on your own.
  • You understand all aspects of the equipment you support, including being able to take direction and pay attention to details.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to resolving technical issues. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative to complete tasks and projects.
