Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bus Driver to join our team at Trinity Health. As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to and from various locations, while providing excellent customer service and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform vehicle inspections and maintain the cleanliness of bus interiors
  • Log passenger counts and assist disabled passengers
  • Ensure the timeliness of routes and flexibility of shuttle schedules
  • Communicate any issues on campus, such as suspicious persons or parking machine issues
  • Assist handicapped individuals using the lift or assistance into vehicles
  • Be able to assist all regional campuses, including LUMC, MacNeal, and Gottlieb
  • Assist colleagues, visitors, patients, and faculty with parking needs
Requirements
  • Minimum: High School Diploma
  • Minimum: Driver's License
  • Preferred: CDL Class C with Passenger Endorsement
  • Minimum: 1-2 years or related experience
  • Preferred: 3-5 years of related experience
